The historic trade fair palace “Dresdner Hof” was revitalized into a residential-office-cultural complex by Art Invest and KSP Engel. Located on Kupfergasse, the building enjoys the best location in downtown Leipzig.
The task was to develop a corporate identity that conveyed the new brand core.
Together with the design manager and designer Anja Grünewald, we developed a typographic concept for the new corporate design that is used for print and online communication and can be even used for further signage.
Here we have worked out the historical evolution of the existing word mark, thought it through and finally translated it into an uniform and modern brand image.
